AutoSeal® FD 2094 & FD 2084
Mid-Volume Production - Pressure Sealers
The AutoSeal® FD 2094 & FD 2084 utilize patented pressure seal technology for processing cut-sheet and continuous pressure seal forms in a mid-volume production environment. Both units are capable of processing up to 28,000 forms per hour and up to 400,000 forms monthly.
The FD 2094 has a remarkably small footprint, is fully-automated and uses a bottom air-feed system for continual loading of cut-sheet forms. The FD 2084 is a combination of the FD 2094 and the Formax FD 676 Maxi Burster. This configuration is capable of separating, folding, and sealing continuous pressure seal forms in-line. Each unit has six pre-programmed fold types with the ability to store up to three custom folds into memory, and has the flexibility to process forms up to 20" in length. Fold plates and conveyor stacker wheels are set at the touch of a button, providing efficiency and ease of use. The high-capacity 31" output stacker is a standard feature and offers neat, sequential stacking of forms. An optional slitter kit is available for two-up applications such as double postcards.
These and other features combine to make the FD 2094 & FD 2084 powerful and efficient solutions for automating and processing checks, invoices, PIN notices, tax forms, marketing collateral or any other mid-volume mailings that are produced on a one-piece pressure sensitive mailer.
